Definitely. Our cleaners are trained in Airbnb and short-term rental standards, including changeovers, linen replacement, and property readiness for the next guest — all delivered on time and with attention to detail.
If you have issues with the cleaning service, we will investigate and do our best to come to a resolution, which may include performing the cleaning services again.
We understand that plans may change. Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged for the service.
