The servicing time will be calculated based on the information provided in the booking form

The scope of works for a commercial cleaning service is specific to each premises and is guided by the client. This is discussed in detail over the phone and/or during the onsite visit.

The cost of a regular cleaning service will be calculated after the online booking form has been completed.

The cost of a regular commercial cleaning service is based on the frequency and the scope of works. For premises less than 200sqm the cost will be calculated after a phone assessment. For premises more than 200sqm a site visit will be organised for an accurate quotation.

You can nominate your preferred service time at the time of booking. Please note, we allow a 1-hour time bracket for your cleaner to arrive. For example, if you have nominated 10am, your cleaner will arrive between 10am and 11am. If you need to change the set service time, you can do this 24 hours before service by contacting our customer support team.

We initially try our best to match you with the perfect Star Cleaner for your needs but if it’s not working out, let our customer support team know and we will work with you to find your Star Cleaner to ensure you receive the level of service you except.

We welcome feedback on our pool of Star Cleaners. You can share your feedback with us by logging into your client account and of course, you can contact our customer support team as well.

Our Star Cleaners are registered business owners who are serious about cleaning. We have meticulously conducted all the necessary checks and implemented a comprehensive system of quality assurance to guarantee that your premises will be cleaned with the utmost standards. Our team comprises of trustworthy, highly skilled, and professionally trained Star Cleaners, ensuring a top-notch cleaning experience for you.

Yes, for hygiene purposes it is recommended that your own cleaning equipment and products are used for servicing.

Don’t stress. All our Star Cleaners hold public liability insurance. This means you are protected from damage or injury caused by a Star Cleaner’s negligence.

There is no cleaning contract. Instead, a service agreement will be in place, which will clearly detail the expectations and the delivery of services. The service agreement is available on our website.

Depending on the business you choose to allocate for your commercial cleaning, they may have a cleaning contract or a service agreement. This can be discussed directly with the business.

Absolutely! Having the same Star Cleaner means consistency and building on trust. If for any reason your Star Cleaner cannot attend, you will be advised and another Star Cleaner will be scheduled to service your home.
