AGAR Q-FOAM – 20L is a concentrated acidic foaming sanitiser formulated for heavy-duty cleaning in food processing and beverage production environments. The product combines a cationic detergent with quaternary ammonium compounds and phosphoric acid, allowing it to break down stubborn contamination such as proteins, mineral scale, milkstone and rust that often build up on food processing equipment.

Unlike many chlorinated alkaline cleaners, Q-FOAM remains highly effective against difficult residues while also acting as a strong bactericide. It lifts fats and oils, softens water and destroys a wide range of bacteria, moulds and fungi during the cleaning process.

The thick foam produced by the formulation allows the cleaner to stay in contact with surfaces for longer periods. This improves cleaning performance on vertical surfaces, equipment and machinery commonly found in food manufacturing facilities.
